The RCDSB Self-Service Password Tool website has been replaced.
You can now reset your own password using the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone or the hardware token that you already use for MFA.
To reset your RCDSB password, navigate to gmail.com and attempt to sign in with your RCDSB account. At the password prompt, click on the "Forgot my password" link.
